Business Development Executive - IT

You are an experienced Online Bidder / BDE with a strong technical understanding and proven track record of generating business through online portals. Your role will involve identifying and bidding on relevant projects from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, and other marketplaces. You will need to understand client requirements, prepare customized proposals, coordinate with the technical team, handle client communication, and convert leads into long-term clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing project documentation, meeting bidding targets, and maintaining CRM records. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and bid on relevant projects from online portals. - Understand and customize proposals based on client requirements. - Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and deliverables. - Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups. - Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain relationships. - Prepare project documentation, SOW, and cost breakdown. - Meet monthly bidding and lead conversion targets. - Maintain CRM and track all leads and proposals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Online Bidder / BDE. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills. - Ability to work independently and deliver results. - Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
