Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role is essential in helping us build a strong team that aligns with our company culture and goals. Key Responsibilities: Understand the hiring requirements for various roles across departments Post job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms Source potential candidates through databases, portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency preferred) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
