Job Description We are looking for HR Recruiter for our Trivandrum Location with the following skill set, Exp: 1- 3 years Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Utilize various platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring an efficient recruitment pipeline. Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Since we are working for clients in the Middle East, it is mandatory to work on one or two Sundays each month. The weekly off will be adjusted to Friday or Saturday. Show more Show less
