HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of the recruiter will include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
• Organize and coordinate.
• Track and maintain all employee data, and also help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment.
• Responsible for the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, first interviews, knowledge tests, etc.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team's agenda.
• Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Support other functions as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Self-discipline.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills.
• Know how to organize, prioritize, detail-oriented.
• BA/BS degree.
• Fluent English - must.
• 2 years' experience with Human Resources departments.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc. ).
• 2 years' experience with recruitment, with at least 1 year of high demand for recruitment.
• Experience with recruitment in call centers/service centers - a big advantage.
• Experience in an academic environment - an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
