Vandey provides outsourced instructional services to institutions of higher education and is seeking a candidate to work for Vandey to serve in a full-time role as Admission Advisors with the University of the People.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

An Admissions Advisor offers an immediate, personalized and positive experience for our Applicants though their Admission Process with us. As an Admission Advisor has a sunny disposition, empathy and an eye for detail while they support and guide our applicants through the application process. The Admission Advisor is the applicants’ only contact in the University. Their interaction with the Admissions Advisor defines their experience with the University. Therefore, the Admission Advisor is not only well versed with Process and Procedures of the University, to answer queries and assist them with every step of the admissions process but also the Admission Advisor is tuned in to the Mission and Values of the University which translates in the work ethic constantly and consistently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Utilizes the University Catalog, Admissions Policies and Procedures to perform tasks.

 Provides guidance, support, and addresses inquiries from applicants and prospective applicants.

 Directs applicants throughout all the steps and financial aid process, as needed.

 Advise and assist prospective applicants’ world-wide on the Admission Process via online messaging and email.

 Updates applicants’ records according to admissions processing policy and practices.

 Performs inter department tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (3 years)

English Proficiency: ACTFL Intermediate Level

Should have their own personal laptops and should be able to start by 30th June, if selected.

Minimum Requirements:

English comprehension and writing proficiency

Candidates in Mysore can follow Hybrid mode

Candidates outside Mysore can opt for Remote mode

Job Types: Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

  • Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
