Admissions Advisor

As an Admissions Advisor at IIDE, you will be responsible for assisting students in selecting the right programs and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your role will involve counseling students about IIDE's digital marketing courses, helping them make informed decisions based on their interests and career aspirations. You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and preferences, with a focus on converting inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups. Additionally, you will be required to maintain lead databases and ensure seamless CRM updates. Ideal candidates for this role are individuals with strong communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and education counseling. We welcome applications from both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales or counseling. The position is based in Mumbai, and the selected candidates should be willing to work from the office.
