About the Role

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the client’s hiring partners to understand recruitment needs and role requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using multiple sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).
Ensure timely updates and communication with both candidates and the client.
Handle high-volume hiring demands while maintaining quality of candidates.
Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to the client and internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with hiring policies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
Excellent sourcing, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet client demands.

Contract Details

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on performance and client need).
Engagement: Contractual, working exclusively for the client during the assignment.
