Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within the consultancy (counselors, Sales, tele callers, Digital Marketing, Accounts, Marketing etc.) Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Draft clear, engaging job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Screen applications, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and schedule final rounds. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates. Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes. Maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and hiring timelines. Foster a positive candidate experience that reflects our organizations values.
