Job Title: Field Recruiter Location: Pune Department: Human Resources Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our HR team. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing and hiring candidates through field visits, job fairs, and on-ground hiring drives. The role also includes supporting general HR operations like onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Identify potential candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job fairs, and walk-ins. Source candidates for blue-collar, entry-level, and field roles through local outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job melas. Maintain and update candidate database. Ensure timely closures of hiring as per workforce planning. Onboarding & Induction Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background verification. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires in the field. Conduct joining formalities and ensure proper induction of employees. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, ID proofs, and HR files. Ensure all legal and company policy documents are signed and filed. Assist in ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances as needed. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling Build strong relationships with field staff and ensure regular communication. Listen to employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Conduct regular feedback sessions and help maintain a healthy work environment. HR Operations Support Support payroll team with attendance, leave, and joining data. Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlements. Submit periodic reports on recruitment status, attrition, and manpower needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 13 years of experience in field or bulk hiring preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and local market knowledge. Ability to travel for hiring drives and field visits. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
