End-to-end recruitment for various roles (tech/non-tech as per business needs)
Understanding job descriptions and sourcing the right talent through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews (telephonic/video)
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assisting in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Collaborating with the team to improve recruitment strategies and processes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
03 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
