Sourcing different types of talented candidates through different sourcing channels like: Internal Databank, Job Portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn), Social Networking Site (Facebook), Smart Recruitment Techniques (Head Hunt, Reference Generation) etc. Interact with stakeholders to discuss requirements, prepare JD's and devise the action plan. Candidates assessment against appropriated criteria. Screen & Filtering Resume & Candidates for Open positions like: relevant Skills, Education, Experience, Preferred Location, and Reason for Change, Expected CTC etc. Execute pre-screening and telephonic interviews for junior, middle, leadership level positions Cold calls to suitable candidates.
