Key Responsibilities Job Posting & Sourcing: Draft compelling job ads and source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM jobs and professional networks. Bulk & High-Volume Hiring: Manage large-scale hiring drives and ramp-up projects efficiently, ensuring quick closures. TAT & Closures: Ensure timely hiring by maintaining aggressive TAT (Turnaround Time) goals. Screening & Interviews: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Candidate Evaluation: Assess technical and cultural fit; share insights with hiring teams for informed decisions. Offer Management: Negotiate offers, finalize terms, and ensure smooth onboarding. Reference Checks & Compliance: Conduct background verifications and maintain recruitment documentation as per legal standards. ATS & Talent Pool: Maintain a structured database and build future-ready talent pipelines. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and provide salary benchmarks. Process Improvement: Contribute to refining recruitment strategies and adopting best practices. Overseas Hiring Exposure (Preferred): Experience in hiring for global roles or exposure to international markets is an added advantage
