Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals to meet the company's hiring needs. The role demands excellent communication skills, recruitment expertise, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. ● Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking platforms to identify potential candidates. ● Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. ● Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. ● Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and informed. ● Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database and track candidate progress. ● Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide timely updates on recruitment progress. Qualification: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Previous experience (6 months - 1 year) in IT recruitment or technical hiring is mandatory. ● Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
