Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring across various roles including creative, technical, and marketing positions, and must be capable of identifying top talent that aligns with our culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to source candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and schedule technical and managerial interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and HR campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Management preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions at once.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
