Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring across various roles including creative, technical, and marketing positions, and must be capable of identifying top talent that aligns with our culture and goals. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to source candidates. Conduct initial HR screening and schedule technical and managerial interviews. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports. Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities. Assist in employer branding initiatives and HR campaigns. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (HR/Management preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions at once. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
