Program Manager – Hospitality & Housing

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager with a strong passion for the hospitality

industry and expertise in short- and long-term housing solutions. The ideal candidate will

possess exceptional analytical and logical skills, be able to automate processes, and

drive key decision-making to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and oversee multiple projects within the hospitality and housing sectors,

ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

● Develop and implement strategies for short and long-term housing solutions.

● Utilize analytics to monitor program performance, identify trends, and inform

decision-making.

● Identify opportunities to automate systems, streamline operations, and improve

efficiency.

● Make strategic decisions to optimize program outcomes and resource allocation.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

● Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

● Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in program management, preferably within the hospitality or

housing sectors.

● Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience with automation tools and systems.

● Excellent decision-making abilities and strategic thinking.

● Strong communication and leadership skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field; advanced

degrees are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of automation software and system integration.

● Familiarity with real estate, property management, or housing regulations.

● Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹696,592.61 - ₹2,224,880.35 per year
