HR Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process to find and hire qualified candidates. Key duties include collaborating with Directors to identify staffing needs, writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process through to the offer and onboarding stages. Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: Identify staffing needs by collaborating with hiring managers and creating a recruitment strategy.
• Job posting: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on different job boards, social media, and company career pages.
• Sourcing: Find and attract potential candidates using professional networks, job sites, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screening and interviewing: Review resumes and application forms, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team, and manage the overall hiring timeline.
• Offer and onboarding: Extend job offers, handle negotiations, and help with the pre-employment screening and onboarding process.
• Record-keeping: Maintain an organized database of applicants and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Reporting: Compile and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
• Employer branding: Support and implement employer branding initiatives to attract talent.

Required skills -

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume databases, and social media platforms for recruiting.
• Knowledge of HR processes and relevant labor laws.
• Interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume workloads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
