Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.
Use job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to attract suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
