Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Jaipur. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the company. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
