Job Description

HR Recruiter & Employee Relations Executive Recruitment & Onboarding: • Identify manpower requirements and hire suitable candidates. • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Employee Management: • Maintain good relations with existing employees, resolve grievances, and ensure employee satisfaction. • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee records. Payroll & Compliance: • Keep accurate track of salary records of all employees. • Ensure timely payroll processing with necessary deductions (PF, TDS, ESI if applicable). • Maintain compliance with company policies and labour laws. HR Administration: • Update HR databases and files regularly. • Draft letters (appointment, increment, warnings, etc.). • Support management in performance reviews and appraisals. Key Skills Required: Strong communication & people management skills. Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HRMS tools. Basic understanding of payroll, TDS, and labour compliance. Organized and detail-oriented.
