HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Kasna Greater Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Salary: Negotiable Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience with various sourcing techniques and be able to attract top talent to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with relevant departments. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every step. Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures. Prepare and send job offer letters and coordinate onboarding with HR operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Good Communication skills Good English
