Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Mobile & Laptop Resale Location: Greater Noida Kasna Department: Sales Industry: E-Waste / Refurbished Electronics / Resale Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 Years Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred) Salary: Fixed + Incentives + Allowances (Negotiable) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive for our mobile and laptop resale division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, visiting retail stores, dealers, and bulk buyers, promoting refurbished electronics, and achieving monthly margin and volume targets. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail shops, corporate offices, repair centers, and distributors to sell 2nd hand mobile phones and laptops. Identify and onboard new B2B customers and channel partners. Promote brand offerings (like Mobi Trade, Byteback, etc.) to ensure product visibility and dealer loyalty. Explain product condition (grades), warranty terms, and pricing clearly. Meet or exceed assigned monthly margin and volume targets. Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation from customers. Maintain regular follow-ups with buyers for repeat business and feedback. Share daily visit reports and sales updates with the reporting manager. Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for smooth order fulfillment. Conduct competitor analysis and share market trends with the team. Requirements: Proven field sales experience in electronics, mobile resale, or e-waste preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of mobile/laptop models, conditions (A/B/C grade), and current market pricing. Must own a two-wheeler and Android smartphone (mandatory). Comfortable with field visits, local travel, and meeting daily targets. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
