Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and help us grow our team with qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, especially in the HSE domain
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment reports and MIS
• Support HR team in other HR operations and activities as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field)
• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hiring trainers or professionals in safety/EHS domain is a plus
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools
