Job Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end hiring of Front line hiring of sales and collections, Territory Manager (Sales / Collections), Area Manager (Sales / Collections) and likewise roles of support functions across respective region for Consumer vertical

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition:

  • Attract and select the best-in-class talent from our target industry segments
  • Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
  • Taking initiatives in organizing recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements.
  • Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders, mainly the business team and Regional HR Team
  • Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders and recruiters.

MIS and Analytics:

  • To manage the database of employees, vendors and provide MIS reports from time to time as per business requirement with actionable insights.

Job Requirements

Qualifications


Bachelors / Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred)

Experience


3 years+ of HR experience especially in Talent Acquisition

Functional Competencies


Sourcing through various channels mainly for entry and middle level field force

Experience in behavioral interviews

Eye to detail in reporting and data analysis

Behavioral Competencies


Result Orientation with execution excellence

Attention to detail

Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
