Job Description

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for generating revenue through building and maintaining healthy business relations with existing customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple programs and initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Use data and analytics to assess program performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor program health and communicate progress to Management. Identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track. Optimize resource allocation, timelines, and processes to improve delivery efficiency. Responsible for design & deployment of Contest, Campaign, Rewards & Recognition payout / incentives schemes Liaison with all Stakeholders Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Operations teams in strategic as well as operational matters Execute projects across initiatives like customers experience, process improvement, vendor empanelment etc Monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets Job Requirements: Graduation/ MBA 8 - 12 Years experience in Banking / Financial Services Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail Exp in handling various channels Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
