Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
Time: 09:30 - 6:30 pm

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. You’ll play a key role in building a strong workforce and enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities

Design and update job descriptions for various roles
Source candidates via online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
Craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates
Screen resumes and application forms
Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person)
Advertise job openings on job boards, social media, and internal portals
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send offer letters and respond to queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Requirements

Proven min 1 year experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
Strong sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
