Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket for a Human Resource Recruiter. The role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, the role encompasses developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Strong skills in collaboration with hiring managers and understanding staffing needs
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and paperwork
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing and digital media industry is a plus
