HR Recruiter

You will be joining SR Holdings, a rapidly expanding group with a presence in printing solutions, marketing & advertising, and corporate services across the UAE, KSA, and India. As an HR Recruiter based in our Indian office, your role will involve supporting our dynamic hiring needs with a proactive and people-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Collaborate with department heads to comprehend hiring requirements and contribute to workforce planning. - Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates. - Keep candidate databases and recruitment reports updated. - Ensure a seamless communication process and provide a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process. - Aid in the development of employer branding strategies to attract top talent. - Stay informed about market trends and recruitment best practices. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar capacity. - Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines effectively. - Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools would be advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
