HR Recruiter

About Us:
SR Holdings is a fast-growing group managing multiple brands across printing solutions, marketing & advertising, and corporate services in the UAE, KSA, and India. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Recruiter to join our Indian office team and support our dynamic hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver within deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
