Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment process such as job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partnering with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. - Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. - Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment reports. - Ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. - Assisting in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. - Staying updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and HR. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver within deadlines. - Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools is an advantage. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
