Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter at PineSucceed located in Jaipur, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Your tasks will include sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, screening and shortlisting prospective candidates, and conducting skills assessments as per job requirements. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Source relevant profiles from multiple job portals - Screen and shortlist prospective candidates - Conduct skills assessments as per job requirements - Schedule, follow-up, and coordinate with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer - Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates - Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements - Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager - Coordinate with consultants Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of experience in recruitment - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive work environment PineSucceed is dedicated to providing equal opportunities for growth and appreciation among its team members.
