To excel in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development, with a proven track record as a Blockchain Developer focusing on Hyperledger Besu and Ethereum blockchain technologies. Strong proficiency in Solidity and hands-on experience with smart contract development and deployment is required. An in-depth understanding of web3, RPC, and other relevant blockchain protocols and tools, along with strong backend development skills using Node.js and MYSQL, will be necessary.
