This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow in the field of recruitment. You'll be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
Create, update, and manage job descriptions for open roles across departments
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fit
Post job openings to boost visibility and attract a diverse talent pool
Shortlist candidates and coordinate closely with hiring managers
Work collaboratively with the HR team to manage the recruitment pipeline and hiring operations
02 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a sourcing-focused role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to evaluate and screen candidates efficiently
A keen eye for detail and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
