Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, employee referrals, and other innovative channels. Conduct pre-screening interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate with departmental heads for further assessments. Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and documentation for internal reviews and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory guidelines specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. Strong understanding of pharma job roles, technical skill sets, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
