HIRING HR RECRUITER FOR ICICI LOMBARD @ Prabhadevi Office (OffRole)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
Co-ordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare MIS reports (weekly/monthly)
Ensure HR data accuracy and support audits/compliance

Graduation Mandatory
2-4 years of experience in recruitment and MIS reporting
