About the Role

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for Non-IT roles, with a strong focus on BPO and US Mortgage domains.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver qualified talent.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the right fit.
Drive bulk/mass hiring strategies for
customer support, operations, and mortgage process roles
.
Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Requirements

2 to 4 years
of proven experience in
Non-IT recruitment
, with specialization in
BPO hiring
and
US Mortgage hiring
.
Strong understanding of
bulk/mass hiring processes
and ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Experience in hiring for
voice, non-voice, back-office, and mortgage process roles
.
Excellent sourcing skills using
job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), and headhunting techniques
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Flexibility to support recruitment across different shifts/time zones, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Exposure to
volume hiring
and managing
end-to-end recruitment independently
.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and recruitment dashboards.
