Product Manager (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development and Roadmap Management:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to drive product development.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to delivery.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and manage product development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Plan and execute projects to deliver in time and with quality.
• Conduct design/code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Provide leadership in Agile/Scrum methodologies and lead sprint planning and execution.

• Technical Expertise:

• Provide expertise in Java Full Stack technologies, including Java / JEE / Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, and microservices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Web Services (SOAP/REST) with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Guide teams on unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure adherence to design patterns, UML, and other software engineering best practices.

• Product Strategy & Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate product roadmap effectively to stakeholders and ensure transparency in the development process.
• Gather product requirements, analyze market trends, and translate them into actionable product features.
• Ensure that the product meets customer needs and addresses market challenges.

• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

• Oversee unit and integration testing to ensure product quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Integrate and maintain best practices in software development.

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall product lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are aligned with business goals.
• Utilize Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
• Leverage database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Experience working with Java Full Stack technologies (Java, JEE, Spring, Angular, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
