Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who has hands-on experience working with SaaS products. If you enjoy solving customer problems, working with different teams, and building products that people love to use, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

• Understand customer needs and make sure our product solves the right problems.
• Plan the product roadmap and decide what features we should build next.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to get features built on time and with good quality.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories.
• Look at product data and feedback to understand whats working and what needs improvement.
• Support marketing, sales, and customer success teams when launching new features.
• Keep track of important SaaS metrics like user engagement, churn, and revenue.
• Talk to customers regularly to learn about their challenges and improve the product.

What Were Looking For

• Experience working as a Product Manager, ideally with SaaS products.
• Good understanding of how SaaS businesses work.
• Ability to manage projects and work with multiple teams.
• Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on insights.
• Strong communication skills able to explain ideas clearly.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or analytics platforms.
• Experience working with APIs or cloud-based systems.
• Background in launching and scaling SaaS features.
