Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal records.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
