Location: Azadpur (SBI Bank Colony)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports with management.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment (non-IT or IT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
