Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization

Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify and recommend top talent for various roles across the organization

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process

Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams

Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and outcomes in the applicant tracking system

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategiesRequired Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a corporate HR environment

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, with the ability to identify and attract top talent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringWorkplace Culture
