Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify and recommend top talent for various roles across the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and outcomes in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategiesRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a corporate HR environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, with the ability to identify and attract top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringWorkplace Culture
