Job Overview:We are hiring a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our IT, marketing, and call center teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in hiring, and the ability to manage multiple job roles efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Post job vacancies and manage campaigns on various job portals (Apna, Indeed, Naukri, etc.). Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements. Schedule and follow up on interviews. Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports. Support HR operations and new employee orientation.
