Job Title: Tele Caller – Work from Home Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. This is a remote work position, and you must have the required infrastructure to work from home. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Follow-up on leads and handle queries. Maintain call records and update the database regularly. Achieve daily and monthly targets. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone. Requirements: Must have a Laptop/Desktop. Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband Internet connection. Good quality USB Headphones with Mic. Proficient in Hindi, English, Marathi or regional languages (as per campaign). Excellent communication and convincing skills. Prior tele-calling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently from a home environment.
