Job Description

Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles. Source potential candidates through online portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases regularly. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing to onboarding. Draft job descriptions and post them across relevant channels. Ensure an excellent candidate experience during the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment drives. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive sourcing strategies.
