Job Description

Understand the manpower requirements of various departments. Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Source candidates using databases, social media, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Coordinate with recruitment agencies or consultants when necessary. Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
