You will be joining our team in Mohali as an HR Recruiter, where you will play a vital role in various human resources functions. Your responsibilities will include supporting the HR team in recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with HR administration tasks. To excel in this role, you must hold an MBA in Human Resources Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be interacting with employees at all levels. Attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude are also key requirements. While prior HR experience or internship is a plus, it is not mandatory.
