You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Candidate Sourcing And Assessment - Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates. - Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks. - Screening And Evaluation - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles. - Evaluate resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. - Interview Coordination - Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. - Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience. - Negotiation And Offer Management - Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates. - Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process. - Market Research And Industry Knowledge - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform recruitment strategies.
