Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-technical positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to effectively manage the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements for non-IT positions.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates for job fit and qualifications.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on non-IT positions.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
