Job Profile-Non IT Recruiter Location-Cochin Year of Experience-3 Years Salary -Upto 5 Lakhs Onsite Language -Hindi &English Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-technical positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to effectively manage the recruitment process. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements for non-IT positions. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to screen candidates for job fit and qualifications. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates. Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on non-IT positions. Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus. Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications for the Non-IT Recruiter position.
