We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Professional with a strong background in hospitality recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in end-to-end hiring for hotels and corporate positions, with proven expertise in talent acquisition across multiple functions in the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and corporate roles across all levels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and industry networks.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, feedback, and closures.
• Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ensure timely reporting.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for critical hospitality positions.
• Partner with HODs and management to understand manpower requirements and deliver within timelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR / Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality recruitment (Hotel Industry background is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in hiring across all hotel departments (Operations, F&B, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) as well as corporate roles.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
